Makes 24 cupcakez
Ingredients
1 package (2-layer size) chocolate cake mix
1 package (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 egg
2 teaspoon sugar
48 Mini OREO Bite Size Cookies
1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
1. Heat oven to 350°F.
2. Prepare cake batter as directed on package.
3. Mix cream cheese, egg and sugar until well blended.
4. Spoon half the cake batter into 24 paper-lined muffin cups.
5. Top each with about 1-1/2 teaspoon cream cheese mixture and 1 cookie
6. Cover with remaining cupcakez batter.
7. Bake 19 to 22 minutes.
8. Let cool completly remove from pans to wire racks cool completely.
9. Frost with Cool Whip and top with remaining cookies.
