1 3/4 cups plain flour
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon saly
2 eggs
1 cup strong black coffee, cooled
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt in bowl of a stand mixer.
2. Add eggs, coffee, buttermilk, oil and vanilla.
3. Beat at medium speed for two minutes.
4. Pour approximately 1 tablespoon batter in the bottom of each patty pan.
5. Place a piece of snickers bar on top of batter.
6. Add more batter on top to fill the cupcakez pan 2/3 full.
7. Bake at 180°C for approximately 20 minutes.
8. Let cool completely before frosting.
